What You’ll Do:

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for partnerships, S-corporations, and related pass-through entities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries including construction, manufacturing, retail, and professional services.
• Provide technical research and written analysis on complex tax matters, including application of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.
• Lead and supervise tax staff across multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective client communication.
• Assist in proposal development for new business opportunities.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives focused on staff development, client experience, and operational improvements.
• Handle billing and collections with autonomy and professionalism.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax compliance and consulting for privately held businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience with tax research, client interaction, and team development.
• Proficiency with tax software; experience with CCH ProSystem, Engagement, or Document is a plus.
